Soft Termination Type: Conductive resin suppresses the cracking of the capacitor due to the stress deflection of the substrate. Conductive resin suppresses the crack of solder joints due to temperature cycling and thermal shock. Monolithic structure provides higher reliability. A wide range of capacitance values available in standard case sizes.
